I will be leaving to go on vacation on Friday. I will not be doing my meal plans but I hope to follow the guides that I have been using for the past week and try to
eat my proteins and not go off the plan. Please wish me luck. I will be weighing myself for the first time since I started on Wednesday morning. I am trying not
to step on the scale everyday as I do find it is very irratating not to see a lose every day.
