I’m not sure if consuming the extra fiber is making me stay full longer or if I was just so busy that I skipped my 4th meal today. I got 10+ grams of fiber at each meal and even though I missed a meal, I still consumed over 40 grams of fiber for the day.

I started this program with 2000 steps a day 5 Xs a week, fresh out of surgery. Torn meniscus. I wanted to get to 10,000 steps by the end of 90 days which I hadn't acheived for a year before Fitera. I had a NAET allergy treatment today. My hands have been breaking out again and having stomache issues. After the treatment, I am having to avoid all dairy, grains, fruits, and high sugar veggies. I am able to have chia seeds!

The challenge for this week is to eat 25 grams of fiber each day. For day 2 for breakfast I had oatmeal 1 gr, raspberries 4 gr. peanut butter 1 gr. Meal 2 I had blackberries 8 gr, and chia seeds 6 gr. Meal 3 I had cucumbers 1 gr, onions 3 gr, gr peppers gr, 3 and avocado 6.7 gr. Meal 4 I had carrots 4 gr. and avocado 6.7 gr. Total gr 44.4 for the day. For my exercises today I walked for about 1 1/2 miles. I drank my water. It was a good day.
Hit the ground running and sent this one right out of the park on my fiber again today. I got in 110+ ounces of water; and worked in the yard for about an hour and a half. Tired, but a good tired. Today I ate 26 grams of fiber. Walked 30 minutes and ate very close to the program. At least now I am checking what category of carbs I can eat at different times of the day.
Hi everyone, thank you all for your support, it is very appreciated. l just want to assure Chad that l haven't been wasting time while l haven't mentioned what l should have. l have been doing the easy exercises, like Leslie Sansones walking exercises daily, and chair exersises as well as the fitera workout videos. I did better today but still did not make the 30 gm of fiber. Not giving up. This is very important to me as I have a family history of colon cancers.
