Well I drank about3.5 litres of water today. Breakfast was protien powder, strawberries and almond milk. Lunch was a superfood salad with olive oil and some chicken breast and supper was very lean meatloaf with broccoli cauliflower mix and a cucumber tomato salad made with olive oil and balsamic. So this is my first day! I did pretty good but I decided to this yesterday and I haven't made it to the grocery store so I am doing the best I can with what I have.

D: Chicken, califlower, alfredo sauce (I know not approved but its what I had)
S: Yogurt, almonds
Drank all my water
I went for a walk.
Meal #1 protein shake/oatmeal/peanut butter 16 oz water
Meal #2 cottage cheese/blueberries/almonds 16 oz water
Meal #3 no salt turkey breast/whole wheat thins/cucumbers and tomatoes /mustard 16 oz water
Meal #4 cucumbers and yogurt water 16 oz
Meal -5 turkey burger/califlower/olive oil 16 oz water
Meal #6 Fitfreeze
exercise - 2 mile walk 10 sets of weights
Meal 1: Bran flakes in milk with raspberries, pumpkin seeds and honey.
Meal 2: Chicken grilled sheesh kebab in a wholemeal tortilla wrap with lettuce, red onions, cucumber, green olives and chilli sauce and an apple and tea with honey.
Meal 3: Grilled chicken tikka with yogurt, cucumber, tomato and avocado
Drank 17oz glass before meal 1 and 17oz glass after meal 1

This weekend was a tough one. Here are some of the reasons:
Friday - I got into work and my cube has been “booed”? Anyone know what that is?? I didn’t, until I saw it. I had caution table draped on the walls and on my desk was a heaping pile of various Halloween candy! I was flattered to be a part of the crowd that got booed, but now what?? What do I do with all this candy?
Answer: I plan to give it away

This week’s Monday Motivation video is entertaining, but I also find it really inspiring. I can’t imagine the time, energy, and focus these people must put into perfecting their craft, so I think it’s really impressive and motivational.

I have accepted the challenge for the week of 10/23-10/27 keeping track of my food, water, and exercises in my blogs to hold myself accountable for how well I am following the program. Today I walked for 30 minutes, drank my water and sent my meals to Pam.
Morning workout at the gym. Did my kick butt cardio including six machines at 5 minutes all out with a minute in between.
Did a bunch of cutting and weeding and cleaning in my yard. no bursts.
Did a shoulders routine with 20 second flat out bursts on my treadmill.
All-in-all it has been a great challenge.
