Today was a great day! I had greek yogurt for one probiotic as well as Bubbies Sauerkraut which is another probiotic! I'm feeling hopeful and encouraged on this new way of eating! Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone! : ))

Today is day 5 for the challenge for eating foods rich in beneficial bacteria and/or taking probiotic supplements. For one meal I had some celery, plus I took a probiotic supplement, with the rest of the vitamins I take everyday. For exercise today I did cardIo exercises on the floor for about 30 minutes. I drank my water. It was a good day.
Today I did not get in much Probiotic worthy foods. But I did take my Biotrust probiotic supplement and drank my Kevita drink with Kefir!
I took my probiotic supplement this morning. Had Greek Yogurt twice today and also celery twice. I have drank my water plus more. Altogether 9 bottles. Can a person really drink two much water. That is all I drink.

My Probiotics today was celery with peanut butter. Sort of a rough day for me today. Somewbat down in the dumps. I ate a few no nos as well. I will start fresh tomorrow....It will be a new day!
I had my greek yogurt and my protein shake. I ate some popcorn instead of celery. Not sure if that is a probiotic. I'll have to look that up! lol
As a newby here wondered if there is a way you can favourite recipes that you want to try out so it is easy to find them later to add to your meal plan?

So I know we are supposed to have processed food but I found a Lite Polska Kielbasa. I am going to use it in my sauerkraut today. It is made from turkey meat. Total Carbohydrate 0g, Dietary Fiber 0g, Sugar 0g, and Protein 9g . So I think it is a good choice if I can’t do kraut without meat. I am now looking forward to my lunch today. We got up at 6 and went out to start working on the patch by the garage. Today we had to take a pitch fork to the hard dirt to break it up. Timothy did that while I shoveled the dirt out and dumped wheelbarrows of dirt. I also had to squirt the snail bait. Tomorrow we will put the landscaping fabric down and cut the areas for the plants and then get them set in place and put 3" of the black mulch down. I also raked and cleaned up a lot. There's one…
