How do you eat 5-6 meals a day? My problem is Not eating. I get about 1 good meal a day and a few snacks,maybe. This is my challenge.

This is my first day and I'm still trying to figure out how to log in what I've eaten today and my workout. Oh, I really hope I'm successful with this program. I've lost 38 lbs. since February but recently put 10lbs back on. I've been eating more, drinking less water. I know what I have to do but getting started and stay with it is the hardest part.
This is my first day! I am trying to figure out what I am supposed to do first. I did watch the video. I am going to reach out to my coach/ Pam so that I can quickly get on track.
Its funny how easily we get comfortable with a little weight lose. It doesn't take much to feel better physically and emotionally, even spiritually.
There is so much to celebrate with our successes in weight lose that it is easy to slow down and get comfortable. That being said... time to get more weight off. I started needed to lose 110 lbs. I did very well for many months dropped 27 lbs and didn't really have to do anything special to maintain because my habits had changed.

I’ve been here for a few days but am just getting my bearings, trying to learn how to use the site. Today’s the first day i’ve Actually eaten according to the meal planner, and I am hungry ALL THE TIME! I’m trying to drink another cup of water every so often but I am hungry even while i’m eating & right after eating. Should I give up & eat twice as much & try to back down to the suggested portions after a few days or distract myself with a movie or what? This is as bad as quitting smoking was!
