11,088 steps today, forgot to put 9000+ steps yesterday but also quitting smoking, I set a quit date today, it's one step at a time...
Meal 1: Berries mixed with protein powder, ground seeds, & water + oat groats w/splash of coconut milk.
Meal 2: Mixed vegetables with steamed brown rice + 2 veggie spring rolls.
Meal 3: Peanut butter bar
Meal 4: Corn tortilla chips and red pepper hummus + tomatoes + peanut butter bar
Water: 10 glasses of water spread throughout the day.
Exercise: Away all day today but did get 5,000 steps in.

I just finished for the night working in the garden using rake, pitch fork and wheel barrel to move very wet heavy hay. I spent about 4 1/2 hours and I only put a dent in the mess. We had 4 (5 ft round bales of hay) in that area which the goats ate and slept and did other things on. They were well beaten & packed down so it will take a lot more hours to complete before we can use the rotiller in there.
