I am 53 years old, an online college student in the Doctoral degree specializing in Homeland Security. Recently, I have been plateauing the last months all due to being on the ketogenic diet. It has its drawbacks if you cheat you have to start over and that by itself is quite frustrating.. 2 years ago I started my diet at 470-450 and from there I have made it down to 330. my first day.
I am having a hard time finding time 2 log on here! In my old job, as a nanny, I had 3 hour breaks every day during nap time, and which I could log on, or do homework. Or even take a nap if I needed it! Now, even though my job is only six hours, I rarely get a break at all. This term I am taking two classes and my homework is extensive. I have been having some constant abdominal pain since this morning, so I did not do a regular workout, but I did stretch for approx.10 minutes. Other than stomach pain, I feel great right now! Today I mainly focused on…
I love yoga poses, but my favorite stretch is Raja kapotasana (king pigeon pose) . I found it when I had sciatica pain. It's difficult, but amazing.
What are some stretches YOU enjoy?
