With the end of this weeks blog done, it has made me more aware of moving and making more fun with cleaning ect, started walking around my apartment lifting my knees, might look strange but nobody to see, also extended my exercise time and walking a lot more, thank you Chad a great challenge

Well, my training buddy and I finished our first run outside since Christmas Eve, back when it was last tolerable, temp wise, to be outside. Been too cold. We did 11 miles, hilly course, for the half marathon I'm training for in early April. It took 1:49 minutes, 6 minutes slower than my pace goal. But it was sunny, still chilly at 22 degrees, but quiet given we left just before sunup at 7:30. A great run. Went to the gym to stretch out, shower, celebration coffee, ran a few errands for…
Beautiful sunny day here in Montana, but only 25 degrees. Clouds come all week, so will take advantage of the beautiful day. Got up bright and early and did the 30 minute workout plus a nice long stretching cool down. Feel great and ready for the day. Had a yummy chocolate pomegranate shake and have my meals planned for the week- not in my calendar yet, but will be soon. Early start then off to beach 7642 steps already fitted my 30 mins exercise before I went out.
Going a slower pace this morning, Christian music, planning for next week's meals and activities then to church in a little while to nourish my soul and spirit.
Positive results with weight loss and inches coming off so that's incentive to keep the pressure on myself.
Husband very supportive bought me a new white board calender so I can visualize and plan my meals for the week eventually the month. Also installing a full length mirror in the bedroom so I know my form is correct. Also the…
I haven't been posting too much on this this week. Been kinda busy going to the gym and learning our routine. THat was my extra movement. It's not much but it kept me outta trouble. lol
I have been teaching my husband what I am doing on my diet. He still wants his cheetos tho. It will get thru his head eventually. Maybe mine too. I went off my eating plan a few times this week so no weight loss but I'll check out my measurements tomorrow. Starting the gym tomorrow so I am going to have sore arms. One is already sore from a flu shot. LOL We are both going to the gym so when we get home we can complain what a slave driver the trainer is. :o)

I have been in the Fitera plan for 1 week now. I have stuck pretty much to eating plan with one or slighty gliches. I have worked out three times with the Fitera work out plan and played racquetball 3 times. I have lost 9 pounds this week. Very excited looking forward to week two.
