I was wondering why buckwheat is on the acceptable list. The starting guide says that processed carbs with higher calories are on that list, but I don't understand how is buckwheat 'processed'? Or is the distinction only based on calories?
Also, is there a good source for nutritional info? I was just trying to figure out calories in buckwheat vs brown rice, and this site states buckwheat 343 vs brown rice 111 kcal per 100 g. However, this site states buckwheat 92 vs brown rice 110 kcal per 100 g. Quite a difference!
