Could someone please share your favorite cold and or flu fighting recipes?
For the last couple of days I've been struggling with an annoying cold and trying to keep my food in check too. Didn't feel like exercise, though.
The classic advice of taking chicken noodle soup / broth seems to add a lot on the fat side.
I've also tried the chili approach ( added a lot of habaneros into my tomato soup ). Works well for 1-2 hours.
The next thing I'm going to try is honey+lemon+ginger combination ( add to tea or hot water ).
Any other ideas?
