I continue to choose non processed foods. Seems to be helping me to shed a pound or two. Lots of water daily now and these new habits are agreeing with me nicely. Must have climbed 100 flights of steps yesterday as my Quads are absolutely sore this morning. also had to climb an extension ladder trouble shooting why my Christmas lights are not working. What a pain. Still not working. I also took a 2 mile walk at lunch time and didn ot dress warmly enough. Windy and cool. Today more of the same.
