Today is day 5 of the challenge for this week.
1. Why do you want to lose weight? To get back into my size 6 jeans. 2. What can you learn from yesterday’s mistakes and successes? That I can be successful if I want to be. 3. How can you make different choices today? Learn from my mistakes. 4. What would make today an ideal day? If it was 75° outside and I am sitting in my bathing suit under my beach umbrella enjoying the beautiful weather. 5. What obstacles might get in your way today? My weight. I can't fit into my suit. How can you overcome those obstacles? Work harder to lose the weight that I gained back. Today for exercises I did HIIT exercises on my stationary bike. I drank my water and sent my meals to Pam. It was an ok day.
