2. What can you learn from yesterday’s mistakes and successes? Always plan ahead, even be prepared for the unexpected.

3. How can you make different choices today? Today we are going to a birthday party, so I need to be very selective in what I'm eating and drinking.

4. What would make today an ideal day? Today will not be ideal, but I have my tricks to make sure that I don't spoil my weight loss/body fat plans!!!!

5. What obstacles might get in your way today?  Cravings and temptations.

6. How can you overcome those obstacles? Drink lots of water - extra; be more active today and tomorrow!!!!
