Stretch and spin class Monday.  Tough workout. Back is 90% better.  Crazy.  I think it was just overtraining but MRI will answer that tomorrow.  I need to also learn some strengthening exercises perhaps with some more PT.  Good meals and water all day.  Walked my dog a mile before dinner.  He had fun.  I froze my butt off!  (I wish!).  

Tuesday - one hour lifting freeweights.  No additional cardio.  Walked my dog before dinner.  Ate healthy choices, however perhaps not enough after my workout.  I was starved but had a busy day in meetings.  Crazy.  Tomorrow is midweek.  then my MRI...pray for me!  It's also ash Wednesday.  I need to plan for that in my meals I guess!    Be well all.
