Meal 1.     2 eggs, 1 thin sliced oatmeal bread, 1/2 apple, almonds.

Meal 2.  lettuce salad with zuccini,, tomato, potato, cooked carrots, beef.

Meal 3.     yogurt, sunflower seeds.

Meal 4     protein powder, oats, peanut butter.

Meal 5      baked chicken breast, green beans, quinoa & Brown rice with red peppers & basil.  pop cycle.
