Today is day 3 for the challenge of this week. For breakfast I had some protein powder, oatmeal, peanut butter mixed together in 1 in balls, and a banana For meal 2) I had cottage cheese, GF  bread, strawberries and cashews. For meal 3) I had pork. pineapple, cabbage, onions, &  olive oil. For meal 4) I had an egg with cheese and spinach mixed into an omelet. Meal 5) I had some protein powder mixed with water. For my exercises I did cardio floor exercises for about 30 min. I drank my water, about 90 oz. It was an ok day.
