Starchy and/or Simple Carbs: strawberries (½ cup)

Healthy Fat: almonds (1 oz)

MEAL 2: 10:30 am

Protein: Thrive Protein lifestyle mix (½ packet) (17.5 grams)

Starchy and/or Simple Carbs: blueberries (½ cup)

Healthy Fat: Natural Peanut Butter (1 tbsp)

MEAL 3: 1:30 pm

Protein:

Starchy and/or Simple Carbs + Fibrous Carbs: hummus (1 - 2 oz) broccoli (3 oz) snow peas (3 oz)

Healthy Fat:hummus

MEAL 4: 4:30 pm

Protein: smoked mussels (3 oz)

Fibrous Carbs: mushrooms (3 oz)

Healthy Fat: sunflower seeds (1 oz)

MEAL 5: 7:30 pm

Protein: steak 3 oz

Fibrous Carbs: spinach

Healthy Fat: butter (1 tbsp)

Workouts:

5:30 am - (4) 30 second planks, 20 lunges (each leg), 20 squats

Each time I go to bathroom I do (20) lunges each leg

7:30 pm - core training/yoga exercises….butt lifts, planks, bicycles, crunches, balance training

It will be storming all week (until next Thursday) so I will have to figure out a different way to get my cardio in.
