The challenge for this week is getting active - above and beyond your normal workouts, so all day, at least every 60-90 minutes, get up and move for just 2 to 3 minutes. For my exercises I did cardio floor exercises for about for about 25 minutes and I walked to move around the house and outside for 1 1/2 miles for my extra exercises. I drank my water. It was a good day for me.
