I want to lose weight to be healthier, not being overweight, and so brain fog will go away!

I learned from yesterday's mistakes and successes is that when I don't have my meals pre-made I tend to eat what is easy to snack on instead of a health meal. Keep on drinking lots of water!!

Different choices I can make today is making sure to refill the water filter picture, make a grocery list of ingredients so I can pre-make meals in advance. 

The ideal day today would be having a healthy pre-made snack to eat after work, but before errands. Also working out and then a nice Epsom salt soaking bath (that would be lovely!

Obstacles I encountered today was that I had a couple of errands to run after work, so I was extremely hungry by the time I got home.

How can I over come these obstacles will be to prepare in advance my meals and snacks. Also keep drinking lots of water and stay active.
