The challenge for this week is to eat 25 grams of fiber each day. For day 2 for breakfast I had oatmeal 1 gr, raspberries 4 gr. peanut butter 1 gr. Meal 2 I had blackberries 8 gr, and chia seeds 6 gr. Meal 3 I had cucumbers 1 gr, onions 3 gr, gr peppers gr, 3 and avocado 6.7 gr. Meal 4 I had carrots 4 gr. and avocado 6.7 gr. Total gr 44.4 for the day. For my exercises today I walked for about 1 1/2 miles. I drank my water. It was a good day.
