I drank 148 oz. water today.

Meal 1 - Protein shake, greens powder, chia seeds, blueberries and peanut butter (20 oz. water)

Meal 2 - oatmeal, milk, strawberries and walnuts

Meal 3 - chicken, sweet potato, cabbage, blueberries, olive oil

Meal 4 - carrots and hummus

Meal 5 - shrimp, snow peas, coconut oil

I did some resistance exercise on Total Gym.  We had some thunderstorms today and power kept going off, so I just walked up and down the stairs and did some movements around the house.
