I started this program with 2000 steps a day 5 Xs a week, fresh out of surgery. Torn meniscus. I wanted to get  to 10,000 steps by the end of 90 days which I hadn't acheived for a year before Fitera. I set a mini goal of 5000 steps, I did it! Set another mini goal of for 7500 steps, I did it 5 Xs last wk...I did it! Today I hit 8900! I can do this! I'm on my wk 7. I now have the confidence I can make my 10,000 steps a day well before 90 days are up...I'm so excited. I'm real slow at losing the wt. but I feel myself getting healthier every day. I am sooo pumped! Only thing is, I wish I could gain back the 2" in height that I lost in my old age...My goal wt. would be higher...lol. 

I had 43 grams of fiber which is better than the ??35 grams yesterday and followed protocol for meal plan so I can't be any happy about that. The only thing I miss about Keto is I didn't expel the amount of Methaine I'm expelling lol.
