Busy cleaning house and shopping today. For this weeks challenge I drank 128 oz of water and herbal teas.  Meal 1 egg, ham, bell pepper scramble with 1/2 tbl grass fed butter.  Meal 2 chicken, rice, carrots, celery, peas, onions, olive oil and coconut (stew).  Meal 3 cottage cheese, spinach, baby carrots, tomatoes, chia seeds with apple cider vinegar.  Meal 4 Protein drink with flax seed,  celery and almond butter.  I am ending the evening with a 30 minute walking video.  Have a wonderful evening all.
