Worked all day trying to catch up after the last few days ... and took a break outside to read before it gets cold again. Found a few new recipes I plan to try this week, including a simple Mediterranean dressing made with olive oil, lemon juice, tahini and zatar seasoning. It sounds intriguing to me as did a recipe for a grain free variation of tabouli. Planning to make both this weekend and a small batch of quinoa, especially since I may add in a little to the tabouli recipe.

Stocked up on groceries today, lots of veggies, some fruit, nuts. I have a number of things I want to make this week and will be working towards prepping more than one meal at a time. 

Today's meals 

Breakfast salad, baby kale and spinach, small slice of baked potato, grape tomato, greek olives, pomegranate, almond slices, avocado, lemon 

Orgain shake w/water, 1/4 frozen banana, nutmeg and a dash of rum extract

Orange, pecan pieces

'Taco' salad - mixed greens, grape tomato, black beans,, onion, homemade chili (salsa)
