meal 1 sweet potato w/egg & sm sausage eaten with a tortilla. Mandarin
meal 2 smoothie berries, almons/coconut milk, peanut butter, chia seeds, spirolina, oats, cocoa, banana
meal 3 homemade pizza w/beef sausage, spinach, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms & olives topped with a little feta
meal 4 egg w/beets and brussels
Got a later start so only made 4 meals. Drank lots of water and wenton a 30 minute walk w/dog. Also took the stairs 3x at 3 flights and walked out and back to duck blind.
