Got up this morning and did a couple of planks even though I don't like doing them!  I did them just because I knew that it would feel so good, and it did!  Then I did a Fitera workout and implemented HIIT movements throughout it like Chad suggested:  20 sec. regular speed, 20 sec. speed up, and back to regular speed 20 sec.  I did this through all the cardio periods.  I must say that when doing a Fitera workout without adding HIIT movements, I sweat a lot!  Today, adding HIIT I sweat a ton...all attesting to how out of condition I am!  Today's workout gave new meaning to "Sweating with the oldie"! (Smile)
