I started my day a little belated but did 3 planks:  first one was 20 sec.; second one 35 sec; third one a good 40 sec. It has helped having been conditioned by a coach who tells you to hang on and push further. After this first set I walked around in my apartment. After that breather I was compelled to do another set: LOL I did one for 30 sec and stretched out on my mat. 

Picking up 6 cases of 1 liter bottles of H2O which contained 12 bottles in each case, I challenged myself and did 20 squats with each case outside. My legs were wobbly and I took in lots of good fresh air.

It's almost 21:00 o'clock and I notice my quads and butt.
