Recovery is so vital to our body. A simple 30 min walk can really help you clear your mind. I have been struggling to keep my mind clear. To remember that I can crowd out the things in my mind that I used to believe made me feel better. 

Cravings are a big part in weight gain in my life. So being able to change the belief is so important.  everything is ok, and the false story I have been telling myself, a distant past. For now as my body heals, water is the life that helps flush out the waste. And good clean food
