So I may have said this before... but I have come to realize I am really bad at blogging daily.  I either forget, or fall asleep before I get it done. Who know that would be one of my biggest challenges.  I am doing pretty good with eating right, drinking water, and excercising though so I am happy with that!  

I just got back from a work trip to Nashville and managed to do "ok" with making good food choices.  I love the fist, palm, thumb rule!  It makes it so much easier to eat right even when eating out.  I did my workouts in the hotel gym each morning and got a little extra cardio in even.  My downfall on business trips is having a couple drinks every night after dinner.  And I had to try a little hot chicken one night since it was Nashville and all.

At the end of the day I didn't lose or gain after my trip.  I am down 13 lbs so far from getting started after the 1st of the year so I just have to stop traveling and stay focused!  And of course try harder to blog daily!!
