I have a simple breakfast in the morning with a soft boiled egg and an egg white with a side of organic German 3 grain bread. Later a protein shake with almond milk, blueberries and strawberries which I had made into 2 portions because I made too much. Chicken and salmon for meal 3 and 4. My 9 lrg glasses of water made up about 140 oz. Tomorrow will be a difficult day.
