I knew that I had a very busy day ahead of me, so I did my workout and planks first thing this morning. I really wanted to do some different planks today, but due to time constraints it didn’t happen. I did 1:20 straight arm planks, 1:20 forearm planks, 1:20 left side planks, and 1:20 ride side planks. If all goes well I will be able to try some different planks tomorrow.
