Today was a very odd day for me and I quite frankly only drank water and ate berries and celery before two of my meals.  I simply ate way off plan most of the day.  The only favor I did for myself today was get out in the brisk air and sunshine with my husband on a two mile walk.  For whatever reason, though I enjoyed the walk, the sunshine, the brisk air and especially the great company of my husband, I could not get myself to do ant HIIT during the walk, nor could I talk myself into adding any extra exercises like I usually like to do!  I now am going to go to bed and try to get a good nights sleep and stay on track tomorrow!
