This is for yesterday. I was planning on posting last night, but it didn't happen. I was so exhausted that I feel asleep reading to my youngest. I had apple and water before my first meal, carrot and water before meals 2 & 3, and celery and water before my last 2 meals. This challenge seems to be helping me. I have noticed that I am eating less.
