I drank water ate berries before 1st meal, which was a Turkey Chili,  and I ate carrots before the last meal, which was a piece of salmon and carrots, peas, and mixed veggies. Unfortunately, these were the only two meals I ate.  In between the meals I ate two of fiteras recipe of Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls, which is one of my personal favorites, and I ate the raisen filled cookie with a half glass of milk, but I did not eat any fruit or veggies before the snacks...and now this was the rest of the story and now it's time to say "The End!"  Nite all!
