After a busy but extremely slothful weekend travelling to watch our local ice hockey team progress to the next round of the playoffs (unexpected and now we have another weekend of travel!) where I ate too much of really bad foods, I am  back at it. I was so tired yesterday and stiff from sitting so much that I couldn't face a workout. I did some stretches and walked dog but that was it. Today I completed 15 minutes workout and am feeling a bit better and recovered from a weekend of gluttony.
