I am just getting started with this. I am in bad health. Overweight, diabetes, afib. I have to do this for me.  I want to loose weight to get healthier.  I need all the help I can get.

I used to be a competetive swimmer, so being overweight and having afib really sucks! I am hoping if I get this weight off it will help my afib and diabetes.  I am starting cardio at the gym tomorrow. I can't go to the grocery store and get what I need to eat till Thursday when we get paid.

My husband says he understands, but he doesn't. All he wants to eat is cheeseburgers, hot dogs and chips. He eats candy and snacks all the time. He is overweight too, but I won't ever get him to change his ways, so I just pray for him and pray that I can do this without him.  I will have to cook seperate meals for us but I can't keep eating his way because I won't be here very long if I do.

PLEASE HELP ME!
