Good evening fellow members...I think I did fairly well today...meal 1 - Oatmeal, half banana, tablespoon of peanut butter and cup of green tea...meal 2 - small bowl of beef vegetable soup, tangerine, cup of green tea...meal 3 - greek yogurt, spoon of peanut butter and celery, peppers...meal 4 - poached chicken with carrots and celery...of course I also drink my required amount of water and to keep active I did 15 minute workout then took a long walk instead of driving to the store which was very enjoyable due to the beautiful spring day today...hope everyone else had a wonderful day also and enjoy tomorrow
