After getting up I drink 32 oz. water (5:00 am)

6:00 I went on a walk around the neighborhood and got in 30 minutes.

Meal 1 - (7:30) Scrambled eggs with spinach, tumeric, cumin and McCormick's spicy blend, mushrooms. Sweet potato and blueberries.  16 oz. water. 

8:30 - Water 16 oz. with a little apple cider vinegar

9 - 12:00 chores and taking my son to his classes

10:30 - Meal 2 - apple and peanut butter.  Water - 16 oz.

12:30 Water 16 oz.

1:00 Meal 3 - Beef tips, sweet potato, orange, broccoli and cauliflower, mushrooms and onions, olive oil, water 16 oz.

2:00 - 5:00 pm - chores and driving and so far I've been able to get in an exercise video, one I do with strength training and the other I sometimes do with the fitera video.   Today I did the strength training video. and I did 10 minutes on the stationary bike.

2:30 Water 16 oz.

3:00 - Meal 4  celery and peanut butter 16 oz. water

4:30 - Water 16 oz.

5:00 Meal 5 - chia pudding, (chia seeds, protein powder, peanut butter powder, vegetable powder, almond milk), slices of cucumber.  Water - 32 oz.

After Meal 5, kitchen is closed and I taper off with the water, except with some medication.  Then it's family time and finishing up some chores.
