It's been a short day.  Why?  Because my insomnia kicked in again last night, so I didn't get to sleep until about 4:30 AM., so my day did not start until around noon.  I'm working on an organizing  project at my home right now, so I spent most of the day on that.  However, I did break long enough to do 30 min. the latest Fitera workout with HIIT during all the cardios.  Afterwards, I did some rubber band exercises, and then I did some stretches. I drank 106 oz. of water and Due to the late rising, I only had 3 meals today, which look like this: 1. Oatmeal with ground flax (and a little honey and sprinkled with cinnamon). 2. Open faced turkey sandwich on top of a slice of wheat bread (not the best choice, but it's what I had on hand for a quick fix) 3. A salad containing romaine, kale, spinach, beets, a few green peas, grated carrots, pine nuts, tomatoes and instead of dressing, I had cottage cheese.  Now off to bed and hopefully off to sleep!
