Meal 1: Berries mixed with protein powder, ground seeds, & water + oat groats w/splash of coconut milk.
Meal 2: Mixed vegetables with steamed brown rice + 2 veggie spring rolls.
Meal 3: Peanut butter bar
Meal 4: Corn tortilla chips and red pepper hummus + tomatoes + peanut butter bar
Water: 10 glasses of water spread throughout the day.
Exercise: Away all day today but did get 5,000 steps in.
