Did you know that there are three kinds of taste types: super-tasters, non-tasters, and regular tasters. Basically, some people have a lot more tastebuds than others -- making them supertasters. That's only about 20% of the population. About 60% of us are "average tasters", with the other 20% are considered "non-tasters". That doesn't mean they don't have any tastebuds - just less than average. 

Well, here's a video about a fun experimental dinner put on by Timothy Roberts at Vox Table in Austin. He wanted to experiment with tailoring his patrons food experience to how their palate is developed. Pretty neat stuff, right?!
