I started this eating plan 2 1/2  weeks ago.  The first week was losing and gaining back the same 3 lbs. ending up just where I started. Discouraging..... The second week I lost 2 lbs and stared easing downward.  This week so far (Wed) I am down 2 2/12 lbs. for a total so far of 4 1/2 lbs.  

I certainly don’t feel deprived.  I am eating no sweets, an occasional piece of whole grain bread, mostly getting in all my water each day and am logging my meals on the Meal Planner and The Lose-It app. staying within the meal guidelines as to the food groups and combining.  

I feel like I have turned a corner and hope it continues.  I have been trying to lose 20-30 lbs for a couple of years.  Nothing seems to work.  All other plans are too restrictive and not sustainable for the long term.
