this looks like a recipe that would look like 2 good complete fitera meals to prep ahead for a couple of meals. Mostly eggs and zucchini with herbs. You could easily scale to make more servings. If this recipe is 2 servings then it is about 255 calories per serving. If you make it 3 servings, 170 calories per serving which would be 1 egg per serving but might need a little more veggie if 3 servings for a complete meal. I am thinking mushrooms and spinach would be good low cal adds.
