Today was a good Sunday! Slept in - planned my meals for about a week; worked out. Thanks to how easy it is to change things in the meal planner - I have the basics down for the next week. I will be leaving for out of town on Tuesday. I'll be out of town until Saturday. So, I'm planning ahead and making sure I make several green smoothies so that I'm getting my fruits and vegetables in while at the hotel. I will be packing my weights and bringing my computer so I can work out! Now the next key will be remembering to blog every day.
