I am so excited about the stretching challenge this week!  Why?  Because last week I had a 1&1/2 hour deep massage because my muscles were so tight.  While I usually do a couple of stretches after exercising, I know I don't give my old muscles the attention they really need.  I have been having some constant abdominal pain since this morning, so I did not do a regular workout, but I did  stretch for approx.10 minutes.  Other than stomach pain, I feel great right now!  Today I mainly focused on stretches for the upper body and neck because they were the trouble areas discovered during the massage.  Also I added some hip flexor stretches, because mine are always in need of stretches!  Happy Stretching everyone!
