It’s been a good day. I followed the plan well and prepped my meals for tomorrow. I’ve had very focused resistance and cardio workouts the past two days and I’m sure feeling it today. I sure appreciate the way I feel the next day after exercising, like my muscles are coming alive!
My final meal for the day was kinda like breakfast, scrambled eggs with spinach and chopped bell peppers. I like it backwards sometimes. I finished eating by 530 as I go to bed early. I do like that empty feeling in the morning from early and light meals.
Now to finish a few last-minute chores before going to bed for an early shift again tomorrow. Hope Everyone sleeps well!
