I got my allergy test results a couple days ago. There's a big list of food items I can no longer eat, but willing to eliminate them in order to get my gut happy again. Some were very useful: now I know I need to stay away from milk products (unless cooked or baked in items) wheat products, no corn tortillas and chips, and a few herbs... but some were not very helpful. I have no plans to eat anchovies, crab, horse flesh, or brussel sprouts. Ever.
I'm eliminating all the foods I can't have. I've added pre and probiotic supplements. I know now that I'm deficient in several vitamins, so I'm adding vitamins back into my diet. Hope all this helps with the diarrhea, bloating and cramps, as well as my fatigue issues.
