Last night I had another attack of insomnia, even though I had taken some melatonin, and my husband and I had early plans today so I ended up with only about 4&1/2 hours sleep.  Oh my, the article about how the ghrelin (hunger hormone) gets active when we lack sleep is true!  Oh yes, I had a bad attack today and have completely ate off plan!  It has been a busy day as I've been gone most of the day, and I didn't get home to stay until about 8:00pm, so needless to say, since we had not had dinner, I ended up eating way past 8:00, and in addition I was too tired to exercise, so it's been an off day in every way!  Tomorrow is another day....yeah!
