So my goal last week was to work out 3x a week. I met the goal. Felt good about it too. But I jacked up my knee in the process. The 3rd workout was mostly squats and pushups and I modified the pushups with my knees. Ugh. So I'm a touch swollen in one knee but it's getting better. I'll try again next week and just avoid pushups and squats.
