I can't believe that it is already the weekend. This week has flown by. My veggies for today consisted of kale, spinach, carrots, celery, red peppers, romaine lettuce, beets, tomatoes, onion, garlic, zucchini, yellow squash, and mushrooms. This weekend is going to be a challenge. We have 5 soccer games in 2 days and they are all in different areas. That means lots of driving and ttaffic. If I can get up early enough to pack a cooler full of vegetables, I will be good. If not, we will see what happens.
