I got right on board with this challenge as it seems everyone here whether working or retired is so busy it seems we could all do with some removing, adjusting, adding. 

So I am going to read at least 30 minutes a day minimum because I love to read, I have been reading only one night a week because by the time we go to bed I am too tired to stay awake. So tonight we designated in bed by 9 and I plan to do tha tall week. 

I'm going to take time after lunch to work at least one Magic puzzle a day. 

I liked the suggetion about walking meditation as I use to do that on my treadmill and it was worthwhile. I felt a peaceful benefit from it and an enjoyment of the body movement during it. 

Now I will enjoy seeing what everyone else is doing over the next week for their challenge.
