Came back to a good challenge; I just started reading a book called Atomic Habits which is right up this alley, lol.  My goal this week is to get back to getting up early with my husband and having the time to interact with him.  We've gotten so busy in our schedules, that this is the only time I really get to see him alone.  I'm also trying to get back on track and pushing myself to be consistent with my good habits.  I've been sliding and falling back into old habits.  I've been under some stress lately and it's so easy to grab that comfort food!  When I'm under so much stress, I start to hear old chatter in my head which is very negative; I'm very thankful for motivational speakers and very thankful for Fitera.  So now I'm about to head to bed and will do some deep breathing and some prayers!  Good night!
