We have been having some storms lately, so I haven't been on lately as we had some power outage.  But we're doing good now.

This week's challenge looks good.  I do stretches in the mornings and in the evenings and deep breathing exercises as well.

I did an exercise video this morning for 15 minutes and stationary bike for 20 minutes this afternoon.

Today's meals are:

Meal 1 - Poach eggs, sweet potato and blueberries

Meal 2 - apple and peanut butter

Meal 3 - tuna salad

Meal 4 - celery and peanut butter

Meal 5 - Protein shake with spinach and peanut butter

I have cut down on my water to 128 oz.per doctor's orders.  We're seeing if that helps my absorption of my thyroid medication

Hope everyone had a great holiday.  I'm working to get my plan back down before the holidays.  I had too good of a holiday, lol.  I seem to be fighting myself to get back on track; but so far today was good.
