Yesterday I started eating right felt good and full too. Did the July 15th archive workout video to the best of my comparability. Definitely could tell last night that I woke up some muscles. 

Stayed busy til bed. 

Today did pretty good with eating but, not quite as good as yesterday. Today I managed to walk 40 indoors during breaks & lunch & still get some personal business taken care of. 

Had a few errands after supper including parking just past a store entrance that hadn't been in for yrs. Had to walk clear to the other side and back so, shrug off the moment of course it would be; to oh well I get some more walking in tonite. 

Getting late night all. 

Make tomorrow the best it can be!
