This day has been a good one as I went to bed last night determined to check out this weeks challenge first thing this am. I did so I did the 6 stretches right away. That is to say, I did five of them correctly and held the minimum time suggested. I attempted to do the side stretch but was having a tough time visualizing the proper way to do it in my head, so I basically did a side plank instead. LOL This evening, with the help of Paul reading the instructions while I followed along, I think we've got it figured out and I have to say I feel good from doing it! I did a Fitera workout today, and did 20 second HIIT during the cardios for the first time in a while. I've ate pretty close to plan today, though I did have some starchy carbs later than I should have, and I've drank at least 100 ounces of water. Happy Tuesday to you!
