Who would have thought that cashew nuts were so versatile. I wanted to make cashew butter to put on my wrap for meal 3 today but changed my mind when I put the cashews in my grinder and they came out with a texture like parmesan cheese. It taste delicious sprinkled on cottage cheese or when you have a salad. I put the leftover in the fridge. Looking forward to using them again.Yum Yum.
