Hi!  i haven't been on Fitera for awhile but i should have stuck with it because of the community support and all the great health information.  I initially joined January 2018, lost 18 lbs by January 2019.  I have gained 5 lbs since November 2019 and i don't wan't to gain any more!  so i'm back at it.  i know that exercise is important but if that's all i'm doing and not paying attention to my nutritional intake, then weight is gained, which i am seeing now and i don't like it!  just those few extra pounds are noticeable in my jeans, yuk :)

i welcome all comments and advice and i'm happy to be back with you all! here i go!
